Sanna Leinonen is an English and special education teacher in Ylöjärvi Upper Secondary School in Finland. She has a long career, over 20 years, as an EFL and entrepreneurship teacher and institutional coach. As part of the Fulbright DAI program, Sanna studied what kind of collaborative studying methods are used in schools, how teacher collaboration is conducted, how teachers work together and how this collaboration shows in schools.
