Sari Susanna Soininen comes from Jyväskylä Lyseon lukio/IB school in Jyväskylä, Finland. Susanna has been teaching history and social studies for over 19 years and for the last 14 in the IB section of her school. She has organized various international projects and exchanges for her students in Europe and taken part in European Union funded programmes like Erasmus KA1 and 2. One of Susanna´s priorities is to develop herself as a teacher and educator throughout her career and to improve teaching methods and the learning process as a whole.
