Sarah Kennedy is a Special Education teacher with over 32 years experience. She has taught in the UK , Singapore and for the last 27 years in Nelson, New Zealand. In 2010 she took on an Acting Principalship for a Residential Girls Special School. Sarah is currently Head of a thriving Special Education Department within a large co-educational secondary school; her 40 students are aged between 11 and 21 years and have learning profiles associated with Autism, Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy.
