How has INSPIRE or the School of Education helped you grow as a future teacher
INSPIRE has helped me grow by exposing me to new aspects of life that I hadn’t seen before. It also helped me become more accommodated to what is expected of me as a future educator.
What has been your favorite experience as a member of the INSPIRE LLC so far?
My favorite experience has been sharing moments with my peers that are silly but memorable.
What influenced your decision to become a Peer Leader?
The peer leaders from last year and how they handled the floor inspired me. Also, I knew that gaining this experience would be helpful!
The advice that I have is “go for it!." I think that you’ll love our floor and community and we would love to have you as well!
What are some of the responsibilities you have as a Peer Leader?
Some responsibilities that I have as a peer leader (even though I’m all online) are to simply provide my assistance and support when the freshman need it most.
Do you have any advice for anyone who might be thinking about applying to INSPIRE?
The advice that I have is “go for it!." You never know if you like something unless you try it and I think you’ll love our floor.
What would you say to someone considering joining INSPIRE?
As stated above, I think that you’ll love our floor and community and we would love to have you as well!
